我們可以積極主動(dòng)的在我們生活中設(shè)定目標(biāo)，然后向著目標(biāo)進(jìn)發(fā)。但是如果我們整天牢騷滿腹，怨天尤人的話，我們還會(huì)活的有效率嗎？

如果你不相信我，仔細(xì)想想你一天要抱怨幾次。不管是因?yàn)樵愀獾慕煌ɡё。�被天氣所困擾，還是三明治上芥末放的不夠，總之生活中有無數(shù)的煩心事可以讓我們抱怨。

不僅僅外部的環(huán)境讓我們抱怨，我們還不斷的抱怨我們自己。比如時(shí)間不夠啊，錢不夠花啊，不夠聰明不夠冷靜啊，反正什么看上去都不夠好。

很多時(shí)候，不愉快都是因?yàn)楸г棺约翰荒芸刂频氖虑�。我沒有仔細(xì)的思考過這個(gè)問題，直到有一天我發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)叫“活在沒有抱怨的世界中”的網(wǎng)站。

想想吧，如果你停止抱怨的話你會(huì)變的多么的快樂。反正那些事情又無力改變，整天想著那些你無力改變的事情有有什么意義呢？如果你來問我，我會(huì)說那樣很愚蠢。

停止抱怨要做的第一步就是想清楚你在抱怨什么。當(dāng)你意識(shí)到自己在抱怨的時(shí)候，停下來，問問自己是要變的快樂還是繼續(xù)這樣抱怨下去。
