盡管已經(jīng)有了更多的溝通工作，但對于商務交流來說，郵件仍然是最為主要的方式。也許是疏于鍛煉，所以很多人覺得，寫英文郵件是件令人頭疼的事。
英孚教育職業(yè)發(fā)展部Annie老師將向大家介紹幾條商務郵件寫作小技巧，幫助您撰寫出出色郵件。
1) K.I.S.S. (Keep it simple, stupid!) – People have lots of emails to read every day. Make sure your emails are easy to understand and have clear actions.
K.I.S.S.原則——盡量簡潔。人們每天要接收大量郵件，所以確保你的郵件簡單易懂和思路清晰。
例如，如果是要求開會，就不需要過多的鋪墊，直接寫明時間、地點等主要因素就夠了。
Meeting Request: Let’s have our weekly meeting on Feb 18th , at 10:30 AM in Meeting room.
@Lisa, could you please take the meeting minutes this time.
@Chris, please buy some snacks and drinks for each person.
訂于2月18日早上10:30在2號會議室開周例會，請Lisa做會議紀要，請Chris為每個人準備點心和飲品。
2) Who are you? What do you want– Make sure you introduce yourself clearly and concisely and let the reader know why you are writing to them.
寫英文郵件時，記得介紹自己、說清你想要什么——務必簡明扼要地自我介紹，使收件人了解郵件的目的。
例如：Jane作為上海區(qū)域經(jīng)理加入了A公司，她整理了客戶資料后給John發(fā)了一封郵件：
Hi John, Hope this mail finds you well. I am Jane, SH regional manager from A; I’m contacting you today regarding our upcoming collaboration.
你好John，見信安好。我是A公司的上海區(qū)域經(jīng)理Jane。這封郵件是關于接下來雙方合作的事宜。
3) Clear Subject Lines – Ensure that your subject line gives clear direction so the email can be easily identified.
醒目的標題。務必使收件人看完標題后一目了然。
范例：市場部員工小美去電視臺采訪，偶遇老同學，順便為公司談了一個合作，她回到辦公室給老板發(fā)郵件，題目是Potential marketing recourse with xx TV的郵件。
有時候，一個標題就可以說清楚郵件內(nèi)容，甚至正文都可以免了。
