很多人或許會(huì)認(rèn)為，雖然很多大公司要求遞交中英文簡(jiǎn)歷，但是HR大都是中國(guó)人，所以只要把中文簡(jiǎn)歷締造好，英文簡(jiǎn)歷只是走個(gè)過場(chǎng)，隨便弄一下就可以了。但是外企HR告訴我們其實(shí)一名求職者最初發(fā)送的中英文簡(jiǎn)歷會(huì)跟著他求職的整個(gè)過程，或許第一輪把關(guān)的是中國(guó)人。但是，一旦到后面幾輪面試，面試官很可能是以英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的人士，他們跟之前的面試官可能并沒有交流，而是完全根據(jù)你的簡(jiǎn)歷和你的表現(xiàn)來作判斷。這個(gè)時(shí)候，如果你的英文簡(jiǎn)歷如果出現(xiàn)任何差錯(cuò)的話，那么就會(huì)使你的印象大打折扣，這樣的后果往往可能變得非常嚴(yán)重。

　　從英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)歷中，企業(yè)還可以看出求職者的英語(yǔ)水平。如果簡(jiǎn)歷中有拼寫錯(cuò)誤，那么用人單位既會(huì)質(zhì)疑求職者的做事的認(rèn)真程度也會(huì)質(zhì)疑他的英語(yǔ)水平。除了拼寫錯(cuò)誤，文法錯(cuò)誤也是學(xué)生經(jīng)常會(huì)犯的毛病，有的錯(cuò)誤非常明顯，讓求職者糟糕的英文水平暴露無疑。
