Sushi is vinegar rice TOPped with other ingredients,such as fish and meat. The variety in sushi arises from the different fillings and TOPpings,condiments,and the way these ingredients are put together.Combined with hand-formed clumps of rice,it is called nigirizushi.Sushi served rolled inside or around nori,while dried and pressed sheet layers of seaweed or nori is makizushi.Toppings stuffed into a small pouch of fried tofu is inarizushi.Toppings served scattered over a bowl of sushi rice is called chirashi-zushi.

壽司的主要材料是用醋調(diào)味的米飯，再加上魚(yú)肉等作為配料。類(lèi)型豐富的壽司來(lái)自于繁多的餡料、配料和佐料，與將這類(lèi)材料混合在一塊的做法。將壽司飯捏成團(tuán)狀的叫手握壽司。在海藻或海苔上鋪上壽司飯并加入不一樣的食材卷成長(zhǎng)條的稱(chēng)為卷壽司。將壽司飯?zhí)顫M(mǎn)小塊油炸豆腐的稱(chēng)為稻荷壽司。將各種食材散鋪在壽司飯上層的則稱(chēng)為散壽司。
