前幾年豬肉價(jià)格持續(xù)低迷，但今年豬肉價(jià)格上漲，達(dá)到歷史新高�；仡欀袊�(guó)近年來的豬肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)，大家發(fā)現(xiàn)存在一個(gè)明顯的豬周期。

豬周期（hog cycle），也可以叫做pork cycle，是一種經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象（economic phenomenon），指價(jià)高傷民，價(jià)賤傷農(nóng)的周期性提供和價(jià)格波動(dòng)（cyclical fluctuations2 of supply and prices）怪圈。該詞1925年最早出目前美國(guó)。

梳理近期15年的豬價(jià)變化，大致有5個(gè)豬周期。從波峰來看，分別出目前2001、2004、2008、2011年和今年。豬周期的循環(huán)軌跡一般是：肉價(jià)上漲母豬存欄量（numbers of sows on hand）大增生豬提供增加肉價(jià)下跌很多淘汰母豬生豬提供降低肉價(jià)上漲。一個(gè)完整的豬周期一般在2-3年左右。
