《民用航空安全守衛(wèi)條例》修訂草案規(guī)定，國內(nèi)所有民航從業(yè)職員都需要同意安全背景調(diào)查。

Additionally, civil aviation and public security administrations, airports and airlines are asked to enhance their anti-terrorism intelligence capabilities2.

除此之外，民航、公安部門、機(jī)場與航空公司等均要加大反恐情報(bào)工作能力。

此次修訂《民用航空安全守衛(wèi)條例》（Regulation on Safety and Security of Civil Aviation），將背景調(diào)查（background check/investigation）等反恐元素納入其中，是將部門規(guī)章內(nèi)容升格到國務(wù)院條例層面。
